Terms & Conditions



These terms and conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the “Rules”) contain important information about your rights, obligations and remedies.

  1. General Provisions

In these Rules, the concepts “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Us”, “Us”, “Company”, “Your Service” refer to the limited liability company “International Tour”, which is founded and operates in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Armenia (head office: RA, Yerevan, 0012, G. Artsruni St. 78/3), and the concepts “You”, “Your”, “You”, “You”, “You”, “Customer” refer to a person who accesses this website, accesses the Company’s services and (or) is already using these services.

These Rules, including any references to other rules in them, govern all services directly or indirectly provided through international-tour.ru. websites (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the relationship between you and the Company arising from them.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website and all its services or downloading any content, regardless of whether you are a user of the Company’s services, a registered user of the Website, a Customer or just a visitor, you acknowledge that you have read all of these Rules and accept them unconditionally.

According to these Rules, this Website, its contents, components, as well as the services it offers are owned, operated and provided by International Tour Company LLC.

The Company has the right at any time, without prior notice, unilaterally, to make changes to these Rules and publish the updated Rules on the Website indicating the date of the last change. The new Rules will gain legal force and will apply to relationships and obligations arising after their publication on the Website.

The Website may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to the services, their pricing or other content. The Company reserves the right to correct errors on the Website at any time, including those related to already confirmed orders. In case of correction of errors related to confirmed orders, if possible, the Company will offer you to save the already confirmed order in the corrected version or cancel it without the consequences set out in paragraph 14 of these Rules.

Attractions, hotels, venues, museums, restaurants and any facilities providing various ancillary services presented on the Website, in addition to these Terms, may have, state and/or require acceptance of terms and conditions, which may include certain other obligations and (or) restrictions on rights.

If you do not agree with these Rules, please stop any possible use of the Website. By being on the Website, opening an account (see Clause 4), becoming a Customer and using the services, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Rules.

2. Scope of the company

The Company carries out orders for the provision of services presented on the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Orders”). Through the Website you can inquire, order, reserve, buy, cancel or change an order.

The company’s services include:

rental services of apartments and European houses (hereinafter referred to as “Accommodation Objects”) for the purpose of serviced accommodation (hereinafter referred to as “Rent of Accommodation Objects”);
hotel room reservation services (hereinafter referred to as “Hotel Reservations”);
services for organizing Excursions (hereinafter referred to as the “Excursion”);
services for the provision of tourist packages (hereinafter referred to as the “Tour Package”);
transport services, with the exception of regular transportation (hereinafter referred to as the “Transport Service”);
services for organizing business meetings and events (hereinafter referred to as “Organization of Business Events”);
booking food services in restaurants, hotels or other locations (hereinafter referred to as “Meal Reservations”).

Then all together – “Services”.

You may order Services by registering on the Website (by creating an account) or by not registering as a “guest”. Registration on the Website and creation of an account are governed by Clause 4 of this Rule.

All provisions of these Rules apply to all types of Services, unless otherwise expressly provided or based on the provisions of individual types of Services.

The services presented on this website, their advertising and/or other offers addressed to an indefinite number of persons are considered an invitation to make offers by the company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order due to its negligence.

3. Limited license and competence.


Subject to these Terms, we grant you a unique, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use for your personal use and for viewing or using the Website.
You hereby agree not to place false or fraudulent orders for the purpose of accepting claims and not to take any action that causes or could cause an unreasonable and/or disproportionate burden on Our Website or in the provision of services.

By agreeing to these Rules, you confirm that, in accordance with your personal rights, you are fully competent and have full right to use the Services.

If you represent a legal entity or other unrelated entity, you provide certification and documentation that you have all the authority and permission granted by your individual right to use the Services.

By agreeing to these Rules, You assume that We will not verify the information and data You provide, the truth of these statements, and You are solely responsible for any violation of this paragraph.

  1. Registration on the Website, “Internatioanl tour” account
    To perform certain functions or activities on the Website, or to take advantage of certain features or benefits, you may be required to create an account (“Account”).

You can create an International Tour Account by registering on the Website using any of your email addresses and your registration password. You can also register using your Facebook or Google account. To close your Account, you have the opportunity to contact the Company’s customer service center at any time, or send an email to the following email address: [email protected].

When creating an Account, you provide personal data and information, including the login and password used to log into the Account. The collection, processing and use of data related to the creation of an Account are regulated in the Privacy Policy section of the Website.

You may not use another Customer’s Account or transfer your Account to another person.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account on the Website. We are not responsible for verifying the validity of the identity or authority of the person using your Account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality, security, safety of your Account login information, as well as for transactions, Orders and payments made through it.

You must notify Us immediately if there is any actual or suspected unauthorized use of or access to Your Account, or if You know or have reason to believe that Account credentials (name, password or email address) have been lost, stolen or otherwise misappropriated. way. In this case, the Company has the right to immediately block your Account until the circumstances are fully clarified. You are responsible for any damages caused to the Company or third parties as a result of any transactions or activities performed through your Account.

In the event that your Order or Account exhibits or implies signs of fraud, abuse, suspicious activity or any misuse, then the Company reserves the right to cancel the Orders associated with your name, email address and/or Account and close your Account, taking all necessary and lawful measures to prevent or eliminate any adverse consequences.

Losses incurred by the Company in the above situations, as well as expenses incurred in connection with the prevention or elimination of possible adverse consequences as a result of these situations, are subject to compensation from you.

  1. Privacy
    During and after the provision of the Services provided for by this Website, the Company undertakes to ensure your right to confidentiality in the use of the Services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The Company undertakes not to in any way disclose to third parties or publish existing Personal Data about you and any information that has become known as a result of using the Services on your part, except as provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

You undertake not to disclose such inaccurate and unreliable information regarding the process of providing the Services, which may damage the reputation of the Company and lead to the formation of an opinion about the Services provided. You hereby undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information, data, documents and transactions if they are considered confidential in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

You hereby unconditionally and definitively agree that the Privacy Policy applies in full to the relationship between you and the Company. You confirm that you are fully familiar with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and that you have no complaints or objections regarding their content.

You may not use the Website or the Services offered on the Website if you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

  1. Prices, taxes and currency
    The prices displayed on the Website (“Price”) include the cost of providing this Service, all applicable taxes and other mandatory fees, unless otherwise specified by Us for a particular type of Service. Services do not have any “hidden” costs.

Special price offers or reduced Prices for a particular Service that are displayed on the Website may contain certain restrictions, special conditions or be combined with other services. Please read the terms and conditions of such Services in detail before ordering them.

All Prices are indicated on the Website in the national currency of the Republic of Armenia – dram (AMD), as well as in some foreign currencies. Prices presented in foreign currencies are for informational purposes only and should be used for indicative purposes only. Prices converted into foreign currencies are calculated based on average exchange rates offered by banks operating in the Republic of Armenia, which are updated frequently, but the currency converter should not be relied upon as an absolute and accurate real-time calculator. Actual exchange rates may vary.

Prices for Services are subject to change without prior notice. We have the right to change any advertised Price and to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not an Order for a particular Service has been confirmed and payment has been made by You. Moreover, if We cancel your Order after you have made payment, We undertake to return the full amount paid by you. The refund period depends on the banking and (or) payment and settlement system.

  1. Orders and payments
    Some Orders on the Website can be completed with instant confirmation (“Instant Orders”), while others must be ordered upon request (“On Demand Orders”).

Depending on the type of Service, to confirm the Order, the Company has the right to require the Customer to pay the full cost of the Order or make a partial payment (hereinafter referred to as the “Advance Payment”). Payment of the remaining amount (hereinafter referred to as the “Final Payment”) is made in accordance with the document confirming the Order provided by the Company.

Instant Orders can be made for those Services that can be added to the shopping cart on the Website. For these Services, the Customer places an Order and makes an Advance Payment in the cart online, using a bank card in Armenian drams. When the online payment is successful and the Prepayment is debited from the Customer’s card, the Order is considered confirmed by the Company, after which the Customer is provided with a confirmation (electronic) document, which is a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.

You can place an Order upon Request by sending an electronic request from the Website regarding the purchase of this Service. The Order upon Request is formed through a bilateral agreement between the Company and the Customer. In the case of Orders upon Request, an agreement is also reached between the Company and the Customer on the amount of the Prepayment, terms and method of payment (bank transfer, cash payment or online payment). After making the Prepayment, the Company provides the Customer with a confirmation (electronic) document, which is a binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.

The Customer must make the Prepayment in full, regardless of the type of Order. If the Prepayment is not made, the Order will be considered invalid and will not be processed in the system.

If the Customer fails to make the Final Payment within the period specified in the confirmation document, the Company has the right to terminate the provision of the Service.

By making an online payment, the Customer confirms that he is aware of and agrees with the legislation, rules and conditions applicable to banks, payment and settlement systems that are third parties, and undertakes to unconditionally accept their terms and conditions.

Some banks and (or) payment and settlement systems may charge a commission. Moreover, some banks and (or) payment and settlement systems may impose fees for currency exchange. The exchange rate and foreign transaction fee are determined solely by your bank and/or payment processor on the day the transaction is processed. If you have any questions regarding fees or exchange rates, please contact your bank and/or payment processor.

We are not responsible for the difference between the Prices of the Services presented on the Website and those actually paid if the difference is related to commissions charged by your Bank and (or) payment and settlement system, as well as between the Price displayed in the currency on the Website and the actual the difference between the convertible currency of your Bank and (or) payment and settlement system.

We are not responsible for your bank card and/or bank account fraud and/or unauthorized use of Our Website by third parties.

  1. Accommodation Rental Service
    As part of the Accommodation Object Rental Service, the Company provides the Customer with an Accommodation Object (apartment or private house) for rent, providing the necessary Services for accommodation and maintenance.

The cost of the Accommodation Object Rental Service is calculated based on the time of arrival (check-in) at the Accommodation Object and check-out (check-out) from it, as well as on the basis of the cost of 1 day established for each Accommodation Object. The cost of 1 day of accommodation depends on both the date and duration of the reservation.

The estimated time of check-in at the Accommodation is considered to be 14:00 Yerevan time, and check-out is 12:00, which will be considered “1 day” within the framework of this Service. An additional fee will be charged for early check-in at the Accommodation or late check-out.

Cleaning of the Accommodation during guests’ stay is carried out at the time agreed with the Customer in the period from 10:00 to 18:00.

The concept of “New Building” for an Accommodation Property means that the building in which it is located was built within the last 15 years.

The digital rating of the Accommodation Object from 1 to 10 reflects the results of the indicators of a special system connected to the Website. The rating is formed according to an algorithm that takes into account the level of interest in the Accommodation Property and the number of bookings.

Rules of conduct at the Accommodation:

Smoking is PROHIBITED in the Accommodation;
Keeping animals in the Accommodation Facility is PROHIBITED;
Carrying out repairs, reconstruction, re-equipment, construction work and (or) radical rearrangement of furniture in the Accommodation Facility is PROHIBITED;
Carrying out events in the Accommodation Facility that may disturb neighbors and disrupt the general order in the environment of the Accommodation Facility is PROHIBITED;
Disturbing the silence at night, from 23:00 to 7:00 (among other things, for example, loud singing, playing musical instruments, emitting sound signals or using loud devices in apartments, entrances, private houses, residential premises or courtyards) is PROHIBITED and entails administrative liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Responsibilities of the Customer:

The customer undertakes:
Use the Accommodation Property properly and return it in its original condition (taking into account normal wear and tear), eliminating defects caused by it during the period of residence;
Treat the Accommodation Facility, property and equipment with care, in case of damage, repair/restore or reimburse the Company’s costs for repair/restoration, and in case of complete breakdown or loss, reimburse the full cost;
Do not place wet or hot objects on the table, do not iron on the table, do not spill water or other liquids on tables or the floor, do not accumulate garbage;
In case of any problems or difficulties arising at the Accommodation, immediately inform the Company;
When leaving the apartment, close the water tap and windows, turn off the gas stove and electrical appliances, do not leave money, jewelry, valuables, and also lock the door of the Accommodation Facility;
Do not transfer the Accommodation Property to a third party without the prior consent of the Company;
Do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the Accommodation Facility;
When accepting the Accommodation Object, inform the responsible person of the Company about any detected deficiencies, inconsistencies or complaints and justify them with reference to the Order confirmation document. Otherwise, the Customer is deprived of the right to declare them later, and the Company does not bear any responsibility for them, unless they arose through no fault of the Customer or after the Customer accepted the Accommodation.

Rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company:

The Company undertakes to resolve any problem arising at the Accommodation within a maximum of 24 hours, otherwise, at its own expense, transfer the Customer to another equivalent Accommodation or return an amount corresponding to the number of days missed by the Customer by calculating the amount of one day of the Booking.

The Company has the right to regularly receive information about the number of residents of the Accommodation Facility. The Company has the right, after prior notice, to enter the provided Accommodation Facility, and in the event of the Customer’s absence or unavailability – without warning, if this is caused by urgent need.

The Company is not responsible for your lost, damaged or misplaced items at the Accommodation Facility, as well as for items left there after the Accommodation Facility has been delivered.

  1. Hotel Booking Services
    As part of the Hotel Booking Services, the Company, based on the data provided by the Customer, on his behalf, at the direction and at the expense of the Customer, makes reservations of hotel rooms.

When making a reservation, the Company acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel services company. The company is not a hotel service provider.

Prices for hotel rooms provided by Us cannot exceed the prices stated by the company providing hotel services. The low prices we offer are often due to the fact of special contractual relationships and long-term cooperation with these companies.

Prices for hotel rooms presented on the Website are indicated for non-group, individual Bookings. In case of group Orders they may be lower.

When checking into a hotel (check-in), you must present an identity document (passport or identification card) of the person(s) staying at the hotel.

The cost of the Hotel Booking Service is calculated in accordance with the check-in and check-out times, which are indicated for each hotel on the Website, on the page of this hotel. The possibility of booking before or after check-out time depends on the availability of room(s) at the hotel. If applicable, additional charges may apply and will be subject to separate review.

If you have any special requests when booking, please fill out the “Notes” field in advance and they will be taken into account by the hotel company and will be fulfilled, subject to availability.

If you use other hotel services in addition to your Hotel Booking Order, you are required to pay on the spot and close your accounts in accordance with the procedures and prices set by the hotel service company.

The information about hotels provided on the Website is obtained from hotel service companies and has been fully verified and approved by these companies. Our Company is not responsible for any factual inaccuracies.

The Company is not responsible for any incomplete or inadequate performance of the hotel company’s services, misconduct, errors, omissions, negligence, any dissatisfaction by you with the hotel services, or for any direct or indirect damages or expenses you subsequently incur.

The company is not responsible for your belongings left at the hotel, lost, damaged or lost.

Photographs, descriptions or other information about hotels, their rooms, or other services presented on the Website are for informational purposes only and may not correspond to the hotel rooms or specific hotel services provided to you.

The star rating of hotels presented on the Website is not determined by Us. A hotel service company determines its star rating based on the type and quality of services provided. We do not make any requirements regarding the star rating and do not revise it, nor are We responsible for any objective or subjective perceptions of the Customer about factual discrepancies regarding the star rating.

The hotel’s digital rating from 1 to 10 reflects the results of a special system connected to the Website. The rating is formed using an algorithm that takes into account the level of interest in the hotel and the number of bookings for this hotel.

  1. Excursions and Tour Packages

    As part of the Excursion Services, the Company conducts group (team) and individual excursions (ordered excursions) throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Georgia. Group excursions are carried out according to a pre-announced schedule, in which different people can participate by joining the group of their preferred direction (hereinafter referred to as the “Group Excursion”), and individual excursions are carried out for a specific Customer, according to his preferred route and schedule (hereinafter referred to as the “Individual Excursion”).

Group Tours

The price indicated for a Group Excursion is the cost of participation in this Excursion for 1 person. The Group Tour is only valid on the day specified in the confirmation.

The average duration of each Group Tour is stated on the Website and in the confirmation, but sometimes a Tour may last up to 10% more or less than the stated time.

For Group Excursions, age discounts apply, when using which you must present a document confirming your age.

During Group Excursions, the desired seats in the vehicle cannot be reserved in advance.

Citizens of some countries, when participating in a Group Excursion to the Republic of Georgia, must obtain a visa from the Republic of Georgia, and in some cases, a visa from the Republic of Armenia to re-enter the country. The company does not provide visa support. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international treaties between the Republic of Georgia and (or) the Republic of Armenia and the country of which you are a citizen.

During Group Excursions, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed ones.

Regardless of the destination, it is advisable to take warm clothes, since the climate where the attractions are located may differ from the climate in Yerevan.

Both men and women are advised not to wear revealing clothing when visiting the temple. It is advisable for women to be in the temple with their heads covered.

Pets are not permitted on Group Tours.

The Company is not responsible for your items that are left behind, lost, damaged or misplaced during Group Excursions, either in the vehicle or in the locations visited.

On some Group Excursions, depending on the destination and location, the vehicle may not travel close to the destination and some distance may be required to walk and/or climb stairs. If a participant has difficulty walking or climbing stairs, it is recommended to check in advance the availability of such places in the places visited.

In addition to the stops indicated in the Group Excursion route, additional stops are possible only with the consent of all group members.

During Group Excursions, passengers have traffic accident insurance, which compensates for actual damage to the passenger’s health in the amount of up to 1,500,000 AMD based on documented expenses.

Individual Excursions

Prices for Individual Tours are presented based on the assumption that the Tour will begin and end in Yerevan. If you start or finish the Excursion in another place, the Price may be recalculated and changed.

During Individual Excursions, additional stops or places can be visited only if there is a real opportunity. In case of significant deviations, as well as if the Excursion lasts longer than the planned time, the Company will recalculate, which may entail the need for additional payment.

The average duration of each Private Tour is stated on the Website and/or in the Booking confirmation, but sometimes a Tour may actually take up to 10% more or less than the stated time.

When participating in an Individual Excursion to the Republic of Georgia, citizens of some countries must obtain a visa from the Republic of Georgia, and in some cases, a visa from the Republic of Armenia to re-enter the country. The company does not provide visa support. Visas are issued on the basis of existing international treaties between the Republic of Georgia and (or) the Republic of Armenia and the country of which you are a citizen.

If, when carrying out an Individual Excursion to the Republic of Georgia, the number of participants is more than 7 people, then a list of participants with passport data will be required.

During the Individual Tour, it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, preferably closed ones.

Regardless of the destination, it is advisable to take warm clothes, since the climate where the attractions are located may differ from the climate in Yerevan.

Both men and women are advised not to wear revealing clothing when visiting the temple. It is advisable for women to be in the temple with their heads covered.

During a Private Tour, depending on the destination and location, in some cases the vehicle may not.

  1. Prepayment, Final Payment, Cancellation and Change

    Below are the terms and conditions for Prepayment, Final Payment, cancellation and change of Order that may apply to Your Order depending on the type of Service provided. In case of no-show to accept the Service, cancellation conditions will apply. If the type of Service is not listed below (“Other Services”), the conditions for making Prepayment, Final Payment, cancellations and changes are discussed in advance and agreed with the Customer on the basis of a specific Order.

Accommodation Rental Service

An order for the Accommodation Rental Service cannot be confirmed without an Advance Payment. The prepayment, as a rule, is the cost of 2 days of renting the Accommodation.

In special cases, the Company may require a different amount of the Advance Payment and establish other conditions for canceling the Order, having previously agreed on them with the Customer.

Final Payment must be made by the Customer upon entering the Accommodation Facility or no later than the next day, unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

The Company has the right to offer the Customer an equivalent or higher level Accommodation instead of the already confirmed one, based on the impossibility of providing it and problems encountered in the booked Accommodation. If the Customer refuses the proposed Accommodation Object, then the entire Prepayment will be returned to him without any other obligations arising for the Company or the Customer.

  • Cancel
    In case of cancellation or no-show, the advance payment will not be returned to the Customer.
  • Early termination
    An order for the Accommodation Rental Service may be terminated early either at the initiative of the Customer or the Company. The Company has the right to terminate the Service early only if the Customer violates its obligations in accordance with these Rules.

In case of early termination, the Price is recalculated in accordance with the actual period of provision of the Service and a penalty in the amount of the Advance Payment is applied. If the payment made by the Customer exceeds the amount received during recalculation, the difference is returned to the Customer.

  • Extension of deadline
    The Accommodation Object Rental service can be extended at the Customer’s request if the Accommodation Object is available for the period of time being extended. If this Accommodation Object is unavailable for the period of extended time and the Company offers another Accommodation Object, then a separate calculation is made: The price is calculated for the proposed Accommodation Object according to the number of days of the extended period.
  • Reduction and (or) postponement of the Order period
    In case of shortening (or) postponing the term of the Order for the Accommodation Rental Service, the Prepayment will be credited in favor of the Customer if the Company was notified at least 10 days before the start of the Order. Otherwise, the Prepayment is retained in favor of the Company and is not deducted from the Price of the amended Order.

Hotel Booking Service

An order for the Hotel Booking Service cannot be confirmed without an Advance Payment. When individually ordering the Hotel Booking Service (reservation of no more than 3 rooms), the Customer pays the Price for 1 night of accommodation in each room. The final Payment must be made by the Customer no later than the beginning of the provision of the Service, unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the Customer.

In case of cancellation or changes 72 hours before arrival, the paid amount is returned to the Customer. In case of later cancellation or change, as well as in case of no-show, the price for 1 night of accommodation in each room will be withheld and the remaining amount of the paid amount will be returned to the Customer.

For group Orders (reservations of more than 3 rooms) or in special cases, the conditions for making Prepayment, Final Payment, cancellations and changes are discussed in advance and agreed with the Customer on the basis of a specific Order.

The Company reserves the right to offer the Customer a similar or higher level hotel and (or) room instead of the booked one, if it is impossible to provide due to problems in the booked hotel and (or) room. If the Customer refuses this offer, the Prepayment made by the Customer will be returned without any other obligations for the Company or the Customer.

Excursions and Transport Services

  • Group Excursions
    In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the Excursion, the Customer will be refunded the paid amount. In case of later cancellation or no-show, any amount will not be refunded and only replacement will be possible.

In case of replacement of the Excursion, 20% of the cost of the canceled Excursion is withheld as a penalty, and the remaining portion can only be used to purchase other Excursions or Services purchased at the time of replacement. In case of cancellation of the latter, the cancellation rules for these Services apply, in addition, the replacement is considered invalid and the amount used is withheld as a penalty.

  • Individual Excursions and Transport Services
    Without Prepayment, neither the Individual Excursion nor the Transport Service can be considered confirmed.

If the departure point is in Yerevan, the Prepayment is 15% of the Order Price, and in case of cancellation of the Order or no-show, the Prepayment is not refundable.

If the departure point is located outside of Yerevan, then the Prepayment is 100% of the cost of the Order, and in case of cancellation of the Order 24 hours before the start, the Customer will be refunded an amount of 85% of the cost of the Order, and in case of later cancellation or no-show, a refund no amount is paid.

In special cases, the Company may require a different amount of the Advance Payment and establish other conditions for canceling the Order, having previously agreed with the Customer.

The final Payment must be made by the Customer no later than the beginning of the provision of the Service, unless otherwise agreed between the Company and the Customer.

In case of deferment of a confirmed Order, no additional amount will be charged from the Customer if the Company was informed about this at least 24 hours before execution of the Order, and in case of later notification, a penalty of 10% of the cost of the Order will be charged.

In the case of a slight (up to 10%) reduction in a confirmed Order, no recalculation is made and the amount is not refundable to the Customer, and in the case of a significant reduction (more than 10%), the Customer is refunded 85% of the cost of the reduced part, and sometimes the reduced part may not include the cost of services provided by third parties (e.g. meals, entrance fees, events, demonstrations, etc.) unless there has been sufficient time or opportunity to reduce them and/or according to the third party’s terms and conditions of service.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, for safety reasons, the Company reserves the right to change, reduce or cancel a confirmed Order. In case of cancellation of the Order by the Company, the entire amount paid will be returned to the Customer.

If, due to the above circumstances, the Company replaces the visited places or services provided during the execution of the Order with similar places or services, then it does not bear any obligation to the Customer and any amount is not refundable. In the event of an unequal replacement or reduction, the Company returns to the Customer the difference in the cost of the confirmed Order and the actually completed Order.

Tour packages

Prepayment when ordering Tour Packages presented on the Company’s Website is 20% of the total Price. Without an Advance Payment, the Order cannot be considered confirmed. Final Payment for the Tour Package is made on the day the Order begins.

In case of cancellation of the Tour Package 48 hours before the start of the Order, the paid amount will be returned to the Customer. In case of cancellation later than this period, but before the start of the Order, the Prepayment is not refundable. In case of no-show, as well as in case of cancellation of the Tour Package or its individual Services after the start of the Order, any amount is not refundable. The possibility of making changes to the Tour Package by the Customer is agreed upon with the Company. Based on the features of the changed Services, the Company recalculates the cost, which may result in the need for an additional payment on the part of the Customer.

Prepayment when Ordering an individual Tour Package created according to the Customer’s preferences is 50% of the total Price. Without an Advance Payment, the Order cannot be considered confirmed. Final Payment for the Tour Package is made on the day the Order begins. For such Tour Packages, cancellations and changes in respect of the Hotel Reservation Services are subject to the rules and conditions set out in the subsection “Hotel Reservation Services” of this Section, and in respect of Excursions, Transfers and Reservations of Catering Services included in the Tour Package, they are governed, respectively, by the rules and the conditions set forth in the subsections “Group Excursions” and (or) “Ordered Excursions and Transportation Services” and “Reservations of Catering Services” of this Section.

In special cases, the rules and procedure for Prepayment, Final Payment, cancellation and changes to the Tour Package are discussed and agreed upon in advance by the Company and the Customer, based on the specific Order.
